Savage Life Fitness offers both group and personalized training, which I participated in both when I started out and saw results quickly! It was hard work but fun. Since then, I’ve completed a Tough Mudder with the Savage Group (all obstacles!), several 5k’s, Half Marathons, and a Full Trail Marathon. Another great fact about Savage Life Fitness is the educational focus regarding proper form and how to prevent and correct muscle imbalances. Great place to train!
