The sun is finally back! In the spirit of getting ready for the summer we will be holding a body transformation contest on April 1st. If you’re like me you like to indulge over the holidays. We’ve all been there! But now it’s time to get cut! Come and get your body fat measurements taken anytime within two days of April 1st. We will then take your measurements on May 1st and see who can lose the most body fat in 30 days! Prizes TBD.

Already pretty cut? Well we have a contest for you too! There will be a separate contest to see who can have the lowest measurements overall within 2 days of May 1st. Do you have what it takes to be the most shredded person in Sacramento? We will see! The current record is held by Gustavo at 17 total millimeters, or about 6% body fat. Don’t worry, you don’t have to have a degree for this, we will do the math for you!

Looking for dietary advice or a good workout regimen? Come in and speak to myself or one of our other trainers and we will tell you our tricks for losing the most weight and keeping the most muscle on. Everyone’s diet is as unique to them as their fingerprint. Your diet will only work for you and only you can listen to the feedback the body is trying to give you. Want to know more? Lastly I want to give a shout out to all the people from the team competing this month! I know Nina, Maria and Alicia are all about to do a half marathon, and Josh and Victoria are about to do their first Spartan races. Good luck everyone! Stay consistent and anything is possible.
